    Step 1

    空气炸锅以160℃预热10分钟。Preheat the air fryer at 160℃ for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    在一个大碗里,除了干果类,将所有材料混合均匀,搅拌至光滑无结块才加入干果类。In a big mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients except the dried fruits. Mix until no longer lumpy and smooth, fold in all the dried fruits.

    Step 3

    蛋糕模底部和侧面铺上烘焙纸。Lay the cake mould with baking paper at the bottom and side.

    Step 4

    将蛋糕糊倒入模具内,放入Khind 空气炸锅,以140℃烘烤35-40分钟。当蛋糕表层变成深棕色,将温度降低到120℃。Pour the cake mixture into baking mould, bake with Khind Air Fryer @140℃ for 35-40 minutes. If the top of the cake turn to darker brown then you may reduce the temperature to 120℃.

    Step 5

    烤好后确保蛋糕完全冷却,才在面上以糖霜作装饰。Once done, make sure cake is fully cool down before decorating any icing on top.
